If, wherever you are, you are guided by the idea of Never stop learning and you are tempted to continue your studies with an EMBA, we have great news. We are kicking off the competition for two partial scholarships (BT Roberto Marzanati Scholarships) of almost 20.000 euro at Transilvania Executive Education EMBA, which covers half of the tuition fee for the two years of study.
Transylvania Executive Education EMBA is a 100% British program, accredited by the University of Buckingham, with a diploma of graduation awarded by the said university.
The courses start on 21 February 2026, are organized in Cluj-Napoca, and one of the modules is organized in the UK, in Buckingham (in April 2026). They are taught by professors from 16 universities around the world and are on leadership, human resources, economics, economics, marketing, marketing, finance, strategy, operations management, systems thinking, governance, business ethics, digital transformation, etc.
The application period is September 23 - November 2, 2025.
Entry requirements:
- At least three years of postgraduate management experience
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Romanian citizenship or residence in Romania
Steps to apply:
- Fill in the competition entry form, available at TEE website, with:
- business plan, using the template in the application form;
- An academic essay answering the question: In the context of growing economic and social instability, how can executive education contribute to improving organizational performance?
- CV in English and/or mention the link to your LinkedIn profile in the application email. It is recommended to include all professional, academic and social achievements in your CV.
- Two letters of recommendation, in English, from a business partner and/or employer.
- Send documents to office@teecluj.ro, by November 2, 2025 (inclusive).

The TEE Executive MBA program was founded in 2014 in Cluj-Napoca, as a result of the collaboration between business and academia, including Banca Transilvania.
Roberto Marzanati (1950-2016) served on the Board of Directors of Banca Transilvania for 15 years, since 2001. In appreciation of his contribution and impact on BT's success, the scholarships offered by Banca Transilvania for this EMBA bear his name.
