The BT Chat virtual assistant in the BT Pay/BT Pay Italia app: provides information about the app's functionalities as well as about the bank's products and services.
- You have the option to continue chatting with a member of the bank's team.
- In the app, Chat BT can be accessed from the top right.
- It answers in Romanian and will soon also communicate in English, Hungarian and Italian.
AI Search: Thanks to AI Search, you receive comprehensive information instantly.
